POWERLABS — Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. Shipping times vary by location:

- Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day

TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the import of these products is legal in their state and jurisdiction.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date at powerlabs_@outlook.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
