POWERLABS — Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds and strict quality control requirements, all sales are considered final. POWERLABS does not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear photo of the damaged item, and a description of the issue. We will review your claim and at our discretion offer a replacement or store credit.

LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and where applicable reship your order at no additional charge.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

COLD-CHAIN ITEMS
Peptide products shipped with cold packs cannot be returned or refunded once they have left our facility.
